Step 2. Book Your Free
Consultation Call
The purpose of this introductory consultation with the trainer is to answer any questions you may have and to establish a primary relationship. During this first step, we will discuss your training needs and advise you on the different customized programs that are suited to your requirements.
You start brainstorming which layers of employees in your organization are to be targeted, and what are the business's and theirs? What are your challenges with your employees? and what are your employees' challenges?
Based on the consultation, we would be waiting for your feedback/report answering those brief questions above in the title. Once you contact us, we will provide you with the outline of our recommended program, including the objectives, scope, and timeline. According to your needs in the next 2-10 working days, we will ensure delivery of the outline depending on the clarity of the feedback we have received.
Step 3. Creating Our Relationship According To Your Needs:
Step 4. Finalizing the Proposal and Signing the Agreement
As our draft proposals ripen to final versions, If you agree with the proposal, we will send you an agreement to sign, detailing the terms and conditions of the program and in the agreement we will specify any technical requirements, and we sign the contracts.
We deliver our customized training programs in a mixture of group workdays and 1:1 coaching calls to ensure that the team members receiving the training are in synch with each other and contributing to each other and the team effectively
Step 5. Delivering the Training
After the program is delivered, we will conduct research and evaluations to determine the program's effectiveness and efficiency in performance and celebrate the team's achievements.

“So before the coaching journey I used to have low self confidence and high doubts about myself I didn't really have value for my time or my word and to be honest about anything in life at all and I didn't really know what is my purpose in life really or what things I can accomplish.
