Here is what you can expect

1. 01Mindset Coaching

   We coach you to discover, and become self-aware of, the underlying reality of your situation and where your mind is halted, blocked, or stopped from going after what you truly desire.

2. 02Identifying the Bottleneck Challenge

   Where do you stand? Is the challenge really how your mind is thinking about this, or are there ways to act towards your goals that are currently hidden from your view?

3. 03Strategic Reframe

   After you discover where you truly are, we help you see new openings through science-based frameworks and accelerated learning strategies that bring you closer to your next best move.

4. 04Individualized Performance Action Plan

   By the end of the call you are accountable to at least 3 actionable steps from our conversation. Our job is to make you so clear that no resistance, from yourself or your environment, stops the plan.

5. 05Follow-Up Call

   Within a week, a 30-minute follow-up holds you accountable, tracks your progress, and makes sure you are on the right path. If you wish to continue, we offer you the next openings in our coaching programs.
